    To help us resolve the issue efficiently, kindly include:

    • A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened
    • Photographs or videos clearly highlighting the issue

    Why is an unboxing video required? This ensures transparency and protects both you and us from mishandling, tampering, or false claims. It allows us to:

    • Verify package condition at delivery
    • Identify incorrect or missing items
    • Resolve your claim quickly and fairly

    LOST PACKAGES: If your order appears lost or mishandled by the courier, we will gladly arrange for a replacement package to be sent to you.

    • Relevant information from the courier


    RETURNS: Due to the sensitive and personal nature of our skincare products, all SKIN1004 India purchases are non-returnable. Please carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.

    Note: Cancellations are not possible once your order has been shipped. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
